Learn the authentic Language of a woman’s health and fertility. From the Creighton Model FertilityCare introductory session to specialized referral to NaProTECHNOLOGY evaluations, we’re here to support you.

The introductory session is a 90-minute presentation offered as a private session or in a group setting with other women and couples. The Introductory Session reviews basic human anatomy and physiology, providing an overview of the Creighton Model FertilityCare System.

Follow-up appointments tailor the system to your specific needs. You will learn to accurately NaProTrack your fertility cycles, symptoms, and more. Your chart will be closely monitored for patterns that may indicate a reproductive or general health concern. Married couples will also be instructed on how to time intercourse to meet their family planning goals and to “SPICE” the intimacy in marriage.

Cycle Reviews are scheduled every 6-12 months after completing the initial FertilityCare training, or on an as-needed basis. Cycle reviews are very helpful when a woman is experiencing a change in the reproductive category, such as in the postpartum phase, while breastfeeding, perimenopause, or other major life change.

Pregnancy Evaluations are scheduled for all Creighton Model FertilityCare pregnancies. The evaluation includes the woman’s reproductive history, detailed NaproTacking, chart review, special circumstances, and intentions leading up to conception. The evaluation helps to accurately date and classify the pregnancy.

If abnormal patterns are identified on the FertilityCare charting, you may be referred to one of the collaborating professionals trained in NaProTECHNOLOGY to identify, evaluate, and correct the underlying cause.

The program explains the language of fertility and how wonderfully God has made the female and male bodies. It gives young women and men the necessary information to understand what is normal and healthy at every stage of their lives, healthy habits, and how the decisions they make can impact their future.
