After you have completed your introductory session of the CREIGHTON MODEL FertilityCare™ System the recommended follow-up schedule is five follow-ups during the first three months and three follow-ups over the next nine months. Subsequent follow-ups are recommended every six to twelve months as needed. When a woman experiences a change in reproductive category whether from pregnancy, breastfeeding, pre-menopause, or other situation, follow-ups are scheduled more frequent until the woman/couple is/are confident with the new charting pattern of biomarkers. All services are personalized, private and confidential. We conduct Pregnancy Evaluations on all pregnancies that occur while using the CREIGHTON MODEL FertilityCare™ System. The Pregnancy Evaluation helps date the pregnancy and understand when conception occurred.
