After completing your introductory session of the CREIGHTON MODEL FertilityCare™ System, regular follow-up appointments are an essential part of learning and confidently using the method.
The recommended follow-up schedule includes five follow-up sessions during the first three months, followed by three additional sessions over the next nine months. After the first year, follow-up appointments are recommended every 6 to 12 months, or as needed, to provide continued support and ensure accurate charting.
When a woman enters a new reproductive stage—such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, premenopause, or another significant reproductive transition—more frequent follow-up visits are recommended until she or the couple is confident in recognizing and interpreting the new fertility biomarker patterns.
Every follow-up is personalized, private, and confidential, providing individualized guidance based on your unique reproductive health and fertility goals.
We also conduct Pregnancy Evaluations for all pregnancies that occur while using the CREIGHTON MODEL FertilityCare™ System. This evaluation helps estimate the timing of conception, accurately date the pregnancy, and provides valuable information for ongoing pregnancy and postpartum care.
